It has got easier since the new telephone system but it is difficult when you are working to have to hold on sometimes it is as long ad 45 minuets.
Suggested improvements
I have been with Fern House for 47 years and have been happy with it
The dispensary is very good and the staff are lovely and we have our medication delivered to us which is fantastic.
I think it would be better if the telephone line could be open a bit longer.
