It is almost impossible to get an appointment by telephone. If emergency appointments are needed I was advised to ring at 8.30 am but each tie I have tried this it was constantly engaged or put in a never ending loop.
In order to book an appointment face to face it is necessary to have to wait a inimum of three weeks. I am told an emergency aappointment 48 hours can be booked after 8.0 but have not been uccessful in obtaining such an appointment
