The Surgery is run like a 'well-oiled' machine. My recent appointment with the nurse was friendly and executed thoroughly. Also our recent visit for the COVID-19 inoculation was handled efficiently, professionally and in a well-organised manor.

All of the Staff at Fern House are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I recently had my diabetic review and COVID-19 inoculation, and despite the restrictions and constrictions of the 'lockdown' all went smoothly like a 'well' oiled machine.

In my opinion its impossible to improve on an excellent service and care.

Generally very happy with this surgery. Staff pleasant and helpful. Getting Appointments is difficult, time consuming and frustrating hence the 3 stars for appointments. 3_5 weeks lead time to see named doctor. Would have been even fewer stars But for the fact that the Reception And Admin staff are Obviously under great stress and are working hard.

Sort out the phone system to make booking appointments easier and quicker. Either take on more doctors or increase surgery hours to accommodate the large number of patients this practice has.

Since moving to this surgery last year I have realised what poor care I was receiving at my previous and only other surgery since living in the UK. At Fernhouse, the receptionists friendly, helpful and accommodating. The online booking service is so helpful. It’s not too difficult to get an appointment and the level of care has been outstanding. I am so glad I’ve changed surgeries.
