Great receptionists and dr sandbach really good doctor

Frustrating as cannot get an appointment at all. Have tried multiple times on the phone and online. Ringing up at 8am discriminates against those of us that work at that time, especially as not all appointments are emergencies. I am even willing to wait weeks but appointments can only be made up to 2 weeks ahead. Shame as this has been a fantastic family practice for years and the doctors are lovely, and now it's just not accessible. Even the receptionist is unwelcoming. Please, please, please change back to the way you were.

Couple of terribly rude receptionists, doctors don't read letters from consultants and the pharmacy next door is equally as bad as they've never got stock for your prescriptions. Getting a repeat prescription is like pulling teeth out.

I feel like the manner of one of the receptionists could be better. I found her to be very rude with an abrupt tone. Not friendly and welcoming like the other ones I have encountered. Not good if you are ringing up and suffer with anxiety using the phone or trying to book an appointment in person, last thing you need.
