The receptionist every time I call is so rude on the phone it makes me anxious to call or come in to the practice. I suffer from anxiety and depression and I always feel worse once I’ve dealt with the women who work at this practice. They speak to you in such a righteous, arrogant manor that it makes me feel as if I’m in the wrong for feeling the way I do and needing help. I do anything I can to avoid these doctors although I’ve needed help for so many years. I was eventually referred to the hospital where my problem was finally resolved through no help of this practice. One doctor even told me that my mental health problems are all in my head and I’m the only person who can do anything about it which I replied with that’s why I’ve come to you for help. She said she’s only a Doctor what did I expect her to be able to do. I really wouldn’t suggest telling someone who has suffered from depression and mental health issues for the most of their adult life that it’s all in my head. Please get new staff with empathy as this place is meant to be helping people not making them feel so terrible about needing help.
