I've had several blood tests for my hip pains and most of the time I'm not told about the outcome of the result and never had any prescriptions for my pain which is getting worse and now I'm losing weight so badly and feeling very weak. I don't have appetite for food even the ones that I like, have had one blood test and nobody tells me about the outcome of the result and I'm having another blood test next week. I just don't know what sort of treatment I'm receiving from you because my condition is getting worse instead of improving. I'm very disappointed and frustrated and just dying slowly, is that good enough?

Phoned at 8:20am hoping to get an appointment the same day. Was asked if I could be there at 8:35, Sooner than I expected. But no complaints about that. Was seen by the doctor a few minutes after I had arrived at the surgery. Got examined by the doctor and issued with the appropriate prescription.

Airth now had a great team, reception staff very good All our doctors look like the enjoy coming into work in the Morning,they are caring and try there best to improve you issues This is one practice where i find it does not matter what doctor you Get they are all good at what they do. I am fed up seeing posts Bashing there doctors and practice, well done Dr Mcdonald you have a Great team. Thank you.

Appointment system pathetic to say the least Phone at 830 for an appointment in the morning,phone at 1230 for an appointment in the afternoon. How widows that work when you work 9 to 5!!
