Rushed out the door before I could explain symptoms and problems I've been having was made to feel I wasn't listened to and came away feeling hurt and angry never will go back here as it's never worth the effort of the weeks you wait for the appointment.

I would just like to thank the nurse Sonia as I have just had a smear and what an absolutely delightful practice nurse. She made me feel totally at ease. Definitely a great addition to your nursing team. Great customer service.

The nurse seemed to show concern for my sons health and gave good service. However, the waiting time was highly unacceptable. I waited with my son for good 1hr 50mins and had to leave because the kids were getting really hungry and tired. I clearly don't understand why one will have to wait for an already booked appointment for close to 2hrs. It's just very unacceptable.
