The nurse seemed to show concern for my sons health and gave good service. However, the waiting time was highly unacceptable. I waited with my son for good 1hr 50mins and had to leave because the kids were getting really hungry and tired. I clearly don't understand why one will have to wait for an already booked appointment for close to 2hrs. It's just very unacceptable.
