The service I received from Evercreech surgery yesterday was excellent. I was suddenly taken ill and after my daughter rang them, the doctor returned her call within 5 minutes as the doctor said she would. The doctor then arranged for me to have an appointment at the surgery within the next 15 minutes. The doctor spent a long time with me doing very thorough checks and even arranged an ECG check at the surgery before I left. I felt very reassured by the service that I received, the thorough checks and the patience of all the staff, and the time taken by the doctor talking everything through with me and my daughter. WBW
