Esher Green Surgery

I transferred from an appalling GP surgery after being with them for 24 years. I was totally amazed by Esher Green. I received a consultation within 3 hours of joining. I was instrumental in getting my wife to join as she couldn't get an appointment at our original surgery. The attention she received from Esher Green was exemplary, although sadly she was to ill and died in hospital.

I have recently received excellent care at this surgery for a variety of reasons. Nurse Caroline looked after my leg injuries after a fall recentlty and I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, attention to my case and with her advice my legs are healing better than I would have expected. Thank you. Also during the time of visits for the leg injuries I have had a series of visits for various ailments which have all come at once! I have been so grateful for all the attention given to me to help me through this tricky period. All staff have been helpful with whatever query I have had, some of it technical, i.e online appointment bookings and medication repeat enquiries. I was very conscious that I had used the Surgery many times over the last month and expressed that feeling on one of my visits and I was told that it "was always a pleasure to see me". I felt very happy about that. I think I'm coming to the end of this unfortunate phase of medical events for the time being and can't thank them all enough. Best wishes.

I feel confident that the surgery is well run, caring and progressive, with the team having specialities as well as general practice. There are pro-active interventions, talks and offers of various help and information. I would welcome more online bookings available, such as more appointments in advance and also telephone appointments and nurse sessions bookable online.

I moved to this surgery after 2 years in another one. I'm very pleased I did! So far, people have treated me with respect and gave me the time I needed to answer all my questions. Having 2 long term health conditions, I finally feel I can trust my doctors and practice nurses. Very friendly admin staff too.
