Unless it is an emergency it is very difficult to get an appointment. You have to either fill a clunky form , submit it and then wait for them to call the next day which could be at any time, or ring between 8.30 and 9 am to request a call from a doctor. The doctor will ring you sometime that day then assess whether you need an appointment ; surely a waste of time in that at the doctor ringing you could have seen you in the time it took them to call you. Their rules and procedures make it hard for those like myself with chronic health conditions access the healthcare they need. This surgery is hard work.
