All the practitioners and staff at Elizabeth House provide a first class service with ready access to the services and people you need to see. To achieve this, they have limited themselves in size and have well organised work practices that make it simple and easy to get the appointment that you need. When I need one, I can almost always get an appointment on the same day with Dr Cohen, who is my regular GP. On the odd occasions I have been unable to see him on the same day, usually when he is absent for some reason, Dr Hinkes has been available and he has been just as approachable, empathetic and helpful as Dr Cohen. The nurse practitioners are equally excellent, as are all the staff, all of which speaks volumes for the style and work ethic that has been established by the senior practice leadership. We are the envy of friends and family in having such a superb GP practice.
