Long delays answering phone

The care is always great, but I have never had an appointment that was on time. Today it was 35 minutes late. This made me late for work.

When I called to book my appointment for a blood test with the nurse, the receptionist did all she could to get me a convenient appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I was told how many were in front of me. I was on time and was treated with respect by the nurse. The receptionists were very helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. This surgery is always a calm, clean and respectful environment. You get the impression everyone enjoys working there and they seem to care about us patients. I honestly couldn't have expected more than I received from them today, and it always seems to be this way, whenever I have to have contact with them. They deserve recognition for doing their jobs so well.

I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been done better. There was even a parking space available!! I would love to be able to mention something in order to seem like I am being constructive but I really can't suggest anything to improve the service I received today.

I called the surgery on Monday 04/10/2021 and asked to be booked with the nurse for a B12 jab as soon as possible. To my surprise the receptionist offered me an appointment for that evening, which I gladly accepted. I always find the surgery helpful.

Nothing could have been done better in my opinion. The surgery provided 100% great service. The nurse who did my jab that evening, Carol, Swain was very professional and considerate, as she always is.

I called the surgery at 08:40 on Monday 20/09/2021 to request to speak to a doctor. I was placed 2nd on the call queue. Reception staff answered my call within a couple of minutes. By 08:50 Dr Howard Cohen was on the call to me providing the help and advice I required. I could not ask for a better level of service. This medical practice operates in a well managed, caring, practical way that is focused, primarily on providing a great level of care and service to its patients. I think the staff at this practice are outstanding and put so MANY of their counterparts, within the NHS to shame. Everyone blames the 'NHS' problems on lack of funding. Whilst I am sure this practice could do with additional funding, it still manages to provide everything us patients need and more besides. They should be used as a benchmark for other surgeries to work towards.

I am a very practical, and sometimes critical person but I honestly cannot think how this surgery could offer a better level of service than the one that I already receive from them, and that is my HONEST opinion. I suppose, if I REALLY had to dig deep and find something that I would like to experience more of is help with diet advice, but not just regular diet advice, I mean diet advice for people with chronic conditions that make weight control difficult. I have to emphasis, this is really just mentioned to show that I am trying to be entirely constructive.

I called the surgery and I was answered fairly quickly. I explained that I needed to have two injections and wanted them done on the same day. I got a prompt appointment for Monday 5th October, which suited me. When I arrived at the surgery I noted it felt and looked clean so I felt safe there. As usual the nurse came out to greet me and escorted me to the clinic room. She was kind, courteous and friendly. She asked how I was keeping. She handled the medication and completed my injections professionally and again, given covid, I felt safe in her care. This surgery is simply outstanding compared to others I have been registered with. All the staff go above and beyond and the doctors all work so hard to make patients feel safe.

I honestly cannot think of any way you could have improved the service provided. It is simply outstanding.
