After a recent blood test I was informed by my GP that I must stop taking one of my medications. The GP concerned immediately contacted my Consultant Neurologist and discussed alternative treatments. Within a week she had rung me back to discuss what I needed to do. Her advice, kindness and ability to explain the new tablets to me was first class. I am very grateful to all of the staff at the Surgery for their excellent support and help. Thanks very much.

The majority of the doctors there are okay, although one or too are extremely short and very patronizing. (One of the nurse practitioners is just as bad.) They speak to you as if you're an idiot, and constantly speak over you when you try to explain yourself or show you have a brain between your ears. The reception staff are diabolical too. There are one or two ladies there who will help you out, and you have to hope you manage to get them to answer (after an hour trying to get through) because the rest are just atrocious. Rude and unhelpful and severely lacking understanding for anyone who is struggling, and absolutely no consideration for a person's mental health whatsoever either. They're not above playing people for fools either, and I've been steadily gathering evidence of my own and my families experience with the reception/back office staff there because they're attitudes and behaviours can be absolutely shocking at times. Also highly concerned to see a seriously lax mask protocol on the door when patients are going in. Twice in the last couple of months, I've seen staff on the door without face coverings on, taking temperatures and letting people inside.

More general consideration for people, especially those with lives that do not fit the cookie cutter. More access to appointments. Attitude monitoring for all the reception staff and some of the doctors too.

I have recently had to undertake monthly blood tests for Myasthenia Gravis. I have always been able to easily get my appointments by telephoning the Surgery. The administrative and reception staff are really helpful, kind and polite whenever I ring. The blood tests have been excellent and the Nursing Staff were always friendly and very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this particular Surgery to anyone requiring medical services. Thanks very much to all of the staff involved.
