After using the out of hours service in town I received antibiotics for a chest infection. Been my doctors this morning telling them that I’m on my last day of pills and I’m still not quite recovered, So could I be issued with a repeat of antibiotics. Got told no. There is no appointments and I need to visit a different practice in Rossington or again use the out of hours practice again. Although suffering with asthma they simply don’t want to help. No appointments but the waiting room is empty. As always. I explained after really struggling on Sunday it was nearly 6 hours from my initial phone call to getting an appointment, to getting my medication was about 6 hours. Guess what. Still can’t help. This is my own doctors with a chemist on site. I need antibiotics. Pathetic.

Multiple occasions of trying to get an appointment, and when I get through they have no appointments left, even when you get through at 5past 8 in the morning.
Being pregnant and being constantly unable to get to speak to anyone is a joke. I feel this surgery should have a duty of care but they don't.
After much stress I managed to get an appointment at the same day health center and the doctor I saw there even commented that my practice was "renowned for not wanting to speak to people." it's disgusting.

Reception staff very rude they tut when you ring bell then give a dirty look as though your bothering them didn’t find them helpful at all think at least 2 need to retire or failing that get some training on how to be polite to patients am 51 and new to this surgery never known anyone so rude although GPS and nurse have been fantastic when you get past reception

Its becoming a joke its take weeks to get an appointment, then when you do get one they are always late ,the staff are not helpful
