Received a call from Kerry Newton, seemed off hand, she did advise a nasal spray, but didn't seem interested in my other symptoms.

Have nurses and doctors that actually show that they care! You have some great staff but others are cold, they interrupt you whilst you're talking on the phone!!! I find it rude and disrespectful. We all know our own bodies!

I booked online but when I looked initially it was booked up right until June. I rechecked on multiple occasions and finally managed to book one. After that the process was fine.

I've only just moved to this Doctor's surgery,so can't really say... although I will want to have a Doctor that puts my wellbeing first and have at least an annual medical including PSA and Cholesterol blood tests
