I have visited the surgery on several occasions and I have always found the staff helpful and kind.
The Dr who I went to see ( for joint injections) was professional, helpful.
I believe her name is Dr Sibson. She explained the procedure and all the side effects.
My only criticism recently as been the Corona vaccine roll out.
I think the surgery should have given more information about the following.
Where the vaccine will be given.
The weekly number given.
The next age group likely to be called.
Patients are extremely concerned about the virus and many of us, eager to get the vaccination. People including myself have seen people in a lower age group getting the vaccine, some surgeries have published figures on Facebook, but nothing from this surgery.
It such a shame the practice is a valued community assert, but on this subject you have let the community down.
