Great service and surgery is always spotless. The staff go above and beyond to help, I only called up to check when I was booked in for my flu jab and was invited in that day for the walk in clinic. Always rate the staff and surgery I wouldn’t go anywhere else for me or my family.

Always helpful. And since I’m quite poorly now for a 30 year old, they do try their best when I ring. Just need another system than just ring on the day at 8.30.

Needed urgent medical advice and distresed. Both receptionist and GP were really helpful. A call back from a GP was arranged within the hour.

Service was 100% appropriate and checked I didn't need ambulance.

First class service staff are always do their best for you doctor's and nurse's are brilliant very understanding and caring

Reception staff were helpful, though I had to go to the surgery in person because I couldn't get through on the phone. The problem was with the doctor I spoke to. It felt like she'd already decided what my problem was within 30 seconds, and nothing I said seemed to matter. You could tell she wasn't really listening and in the end I just gave up. I'll call back in a couple of weeks and ask to speak to someone who'll actually listen to me.

Have doctors who actually listen, rather than just saying 'mm, mm' and then trying to get you off the phone ASAP.
