When I arrived I informed the receptionist that a car outside was taking up 2 spaces - the only one left when i arrived to park. She didn't say a word back to me, looked up and back down at her screen. Then I went to check in on the screen - it was not working so I returned to check in with receptionist - she said "have you tried the screen" yes I said. No apology nothing. Just felt like she was annoyed at being where she was, having to deal with people like me. Ps Nothing done re screen - no one put on it telling people it was not working.
