Excellent service by practice nurses not turned away because of being later getting to surgery. Great care as well.

Much longer wait for a gp appointment than in the past I’ve waited up to 3 weeks however I’ve never had much problem getting an emergency appointment and when I did I was referred to the hub at Leatherhead hospital However as a wheelchair user the entrance to the clinic needs to be addressed the reception staff are very helpful in jumping up to hold the door open but I think they should not have to do this as a push button entrance should be installed. Also there is no allocated disabled parking space and it is impossible to get a wheelchair down between 2 parked cars

My daughter saw a Dr with symptoms of chronic ear ache for 3 days, temperature of over 39 and a rash similar to scarlatina - we were sent away empty handed being told there was no ear infection. I waited until the surgery was closed, ring 111 I was told to see out of hours GP within 6 hours. Had an appointment and booked within the hour. She was prescribed antibiotics for severe ear infection, inflamed throat and scarlet fever.

My midwife care with Lourine was excellent. However, I have been extremely disappointed with everything else. Rude, stroppy doctors who are annoyed even when dealing with a child. Abrupt receptionist (not all of them). Prescriptions messed up too many times. I work full time too and don't have time to run around after your mistakes. We will be moving to GP surgery.

This practice delivers a good service despite being routinely overstretched. Staff always do their very best and are very successful at making the most of resources. A bunch of top quality GP and nurses deliver good care. And the receptionists are geniuses at finding appointments on busy days.
