So for me personally, during the lockdown in February, I was asked to use online, but they never asked photos and I was misdiagnosed 3 times, up until in May I finally got seen. I was taking all this unnecessary medication while breastfeeding!!! Then for my child. In mid July..when the lockdown is lifted, they still refuse to see my 7 month old baby and said that doctor would call. The doctor called and asked for pictures and said would call back and never did... completely neglected a baby...I have no words.

Ask photos while you're on the phone, do not hang up. Also involve patients in decision making! Not just send a text saying "your prescription is ready" when we didn't even discuss anything!
