Receptionist very polite and tries to help, however since my GP left I have trouble getting my repeat prescriptions and my sick note in a timely manner. I used to have nothing but praise for this practice but lately it has failed me on several occasions.

Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear that you feel standards have dropped since your previous GP left. We are working hard to manage the workload with fewer GPs and are looking forward to another GP joining us in January. Should you experience similar problems in future please ask to speak to the Reception Manager who will aim to resolve the problem for you.
