Doctor and staff are kind and considerate. But appointments for same day are almost impossible by phone (constantly engaged). We have to wait outside the medical center from 7.30 onwards to get near the front of a queue for an appointment, it's horrible in the rain and cold and must make us feel worse. Ideas. (1) Build a shelter (2) Allow next-day appointments to be made, as only those a week or two later are allowed.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that getting through on the phone at 8am is a problem for patients despite our best efforts in having 6 receptionists on duty to answer all available phone lines at that time. We regularly review the situation regarding the booking of appointments and your comments regarding waiting outside and appointment availability have been duly noted for discussion.
