Every time I attend to surgery my appointment has been more than 40minutes delayed which has led me a few times to leave the surgery due to having kids I ring all morning and hardly ever get a answer then when I ring later there is no appointments or they squeeze you in and give you a appointment that’s clearly not reachable as iv been left waiting at least a hour with two sick children.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that this is your experience of the practice. GPs will always do their best to keep to time but with fewer doctors and increasing demand the doctors are often seeing patients with more than one problem in a ten minute appointment which unfortunately has a knock on effect. We have discussed having longer appointments to address this but this would mean we end up offering fewer appointments to patients which would be even more unpopular. We have ongoing issues with our telephone system which we are working hard with the provider to resolve. We work hard to provide a good service in very challenging circumstances and we will always do our best to fit patients in on the day where possible.
