I recently visited the surgery for a blood test. I am renown for passing out and not being the best patient! I was seen by a wonderful woman called Louise Smith. On arrival Louise was calm and understanding about my issues. We sat a spoke for a while which put me at ease and I turned back to her to ask when the blood was going to be taken, it had already been done.
Louise's technique is outstanding, as with her manner, attitude and professionalism.
The Lady is a credit to East Cliff and deserves the very best accreditation.
Once again, a big thank you Louise for keeping me calm.
You are by far the best phlebotomist I have ever had and with chronic Pancreatitis I've seen a few!! Well done! & Thank You x
