We recently moved house so we had to leave the practice as we were no longer within the boundary although it is much easier to get to east cliff practice. We were devastated as we have always been there and at 73 years old we didn’t want to change doctors. After a recent visit to the new surgery (half an hours walk with no bus service) i am so upset i will probably never go there again. We just wish we could come back to east cliff. Unfortunately, as many other practices are finding, due to the daily challenges on us in terms of workforce and patient numbers we are having to enforce boundary rules and only allow patients living within our catchment area to register with us.
