Since moving to Skipton two and a half years ago and registering with the practice all my dealings with them have been positive.The reception staff are friendly, helpful and efficient whether on the phone or in person. Whenever my problem has needed prompt attention it has been dealt with either by a phone consultation, a surgery visit or home visit without any waiting and surgery appointments for non-urgent problems have been readily available in a reasonable time.I have seen four different doctors and they have all been kind, courteous and efficient. Being of a certain age (old!) I have seen the practice nurses for the usual annual medicals and they, like all the others I have met from the practice have been brilliant. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone
