First time I saw Dr Jones was today. He is such a lovely and gentle man. He really listened to me and explained everything in detail. I’ve seen many doctors here and I would say he is the best. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. Avoid Dr Brown, she is rude and abrupt. Really doesn’t care or listen to the patients. Myself and 3 other members of my family now refuse to see her as we have all had a very negative experience with her. The receptionists are absolutely lovely and will always try and accommodate. Bridgett the nurse is lovely too.

This surgery is renowned or being the best n Neath, been with this practice for60 yrs when dr morris started it all off, originally at Victoria gardens, for me and my late husband I have one special dr to thank beyond words that is dr Greg jones. Wonderful caring dr. Pulled me through some hard times. X Marie Thomas.

The staff are always helpful and the doctors really take their time to listen to your needs and include your opinions. It's usually the following week that you'll get an appointment but there are always emergency appointments available.
