Been denied my heart medications which I needed urgently, by a plain receptionist. Was asked if I was having heart pains as we spoke. I said no. Was told I didn't need them then! A massive argument took place in the lobby. He kept trying to talk over me but was eventually shut up. 2 hours arguing. The girl receptionist at the window kept saying she couldn't hear me, mainly because she had her headphones on listening to music! Vile staff, rubbish gp's. Will be reporting them. I asked for their names and position, as we had interacted and it's our right to know. Was blatantly ignored. We deserve better!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Competent and authorised staff. Proper training. Less attitude.

This service is very poor, they took me off some of my most important medication and caused me to be hospitalized twice with serious problems that are now irreversible. to my knowledge they have now signed my death warrant. this has now caused me to change to another surgery after over 30+ years and I have had exceptional service from the new surgery.

Been a patient since having being registered there 55 years ago by my parents Completely disillusioned with the surgery now, haven’t seen the same GP twice no contitunity of care. If you work forget getting an appointment nothing pre bookable for weeks ahead phone and your number 48 etc at 8.01am! It was a fantastic surgery knowledgable friendly receptionists etc but now rude and surly such a pity I’ve been recluctant to move but now have no option

Appalling practice service patient there for 70 years appointment service non existent hours and money spent on phone have been quite ill at times but not worth trying to see doctor know many surgeries are struggling but will not accept they are all as bad as this one never get any call backs to check my blood pessure or copd etc the replies to these reviews are all the same we are sorry perhaps they should take note of the reviews all being the same
