I had some questions that needed answering before the appointment could be made. I was told that I would be contacted by Duality once the enquires had been made. It took one visit and three calls from me to set up the appointment. Having arrived on time for the appointment I was kept waiting 40 minutes. The receptionist offered no explanation, despite me being the only person in the waiting room. When I saw the practitioner I had a question regarding follow up; he said he’d need to check before giving me an answer. He promised that he’d follow it up and call me. I never received the call and had to call the surgery three times before he left a message with the receptionist.
