As I always book my appointments on line I can't really comment on the ease of getting an appointment by phone, also the receptionists are considerate to enquiries. I like the new system of self registration.The medical staff give full explanations of procedures and you don't feel rushed during a consultation.

This Practice is excellent. The doctors and nurses are approachable, caring and always give you as much time as you need. They discuss treatment and make sure that the patient fully understands what is happening. The patient is always treated with great respect. I would recommend this Practice to anyone. ****Just one thought - for the persons who devised this survey - The "How old are you?" box goes from 1 - 150 !!!! Optimistic or what!

Some receptionists are great others are sharp and useless, Trying to get an appointment is pot luck you have to learn the times of day to call and getting advanced appointments are just as hard other than that there have been some helpfull experiances but if it werent for how brilliant certain Dr's were and the closeness of the location I'd be tempted to look elsewhere. But as I mentioned some of the Dr's at the practice do cancel out all the bad issues
