Needed to speak to Dr, receptionists wouldn't make appointment even tho I was standing at window and they wer at computer, said I had to go home and phone thru but may not be a slot by the time I call.? When you ring you don't always get answered, you're on line so long you get disconnected. Took new medication chart round from discharge from hospital they refused to take it from me saying I had to phone up, which I had tried to do hence going round.
Suggested improvements
Employ or learn receptionists not to be so cold and callous.
