I can only write what I have experienced over the years they have always been there for my family and I, I can't always get around the surgery these days but they always came out to me for my flu jab blood etc, I have waited a bit longer this year and I am still waiting- but I do understand these are difficult times with this covid19 expectation should not be the same as in the past and we should all be patient but I really think they are doing their best under these extreme circumstances we are all going through today .

Under these covid conditions, I think you are doing just as good as any other surgery taking into account that almost everything that was done in the past in a certain way had to be changed and done differently within a very short time I think you are doing very well and I and my family will always trust and have faith in your practice Yours Sincerely Terence ------

This surgery does not listen. Whilst the receptionist try their best, sometimes they are just rude, rushed and unhelpful. They are not doctors and should not triage callers to prioritise them. The doctors have made so many mistakes with appointments, prescriptions and call backs - I despair. Because of Covid they have become abrupt and dismissive, they will not see you. Every other health establishment including the urgent care unit at Eltham and the local hospital, even dentists will see you. But not your family GP. God forbid a patient goes to see the GP when they are unwell. It’s just really sad that what was once a friendly and efficient surgery has deteriorated. What happened to compassion?

Treat patients with respect. Don’t consider that because you are working in a Gp surgery you are superior to everyone else or indeed, that you know more than your patients. Open up the practice for urgent appts. Have bookable appts and don’t force people to go online when you know your online system is not functioning.
