Appointment 30min late and didn’t get to see the doctor so had to make a second appointment the next day!?!
The reception staff are always helpful and polite. The entire practice is first class and caring. I have recommended this practice to family and friends.
The practice is if anything all the more remarkable when one considers how extraordinarily busy they are. (If your problem isn't urgent, you can wait some time for an appointment, but if you feel there's something urgent, they make every effort to accommodate you promptly.) This is humane medicine at its best, provided by practitioners who, one feels, are exceptionally on the ball. They know their art and science, are kind and thoughtful in all senses of that word. They know their patients as individuals, but there is no slackness of approach. They also have excellent ancillaries in the way of practice nurses, phlebotomists etc. I bless the day some (?) forty years ago when Judy's predecessor Michael Kenworthy-Browne agreed to take me on, and then agreed to be the St Peter's College Doctor.
I needed to see Dr Bogdanor on short notice and she fitted me in on what was an extremely busy day. She is an extraordinary doctor: good humoured, thoughtful, and so perceptive. She pinpointed my problem almost immediately, explained in layman's terms the various ramifications, and was encouraging about the outcome. Dr Bogdanor makes you feel comfortable and treats you as an equal. She is a model general practitioner. I recommend her as highly as possible.
Based on the past 4 year that I've been with this practice, I think that Dr Bogdanor and Partners provide great health services: it is easy to get an appointment, the doctors are undertanding and take time to explain your condition and they have excellent nurses (I had some bad experiences with phlebotomy before, last time I had it done at Dr Bagdanor and Partner practice and it was very quick and almost painless).
