As a midwife I understand that patients needs are complex at times involving diagnosis and difficult discussions. My appointments are as much confidential as others, and cannot be discussed with others but may delay others appointments.
I think most of us understand, but when we are stressed it’s difficult.
I have only known respect and consideration from the gps that I have met here and practice nurses, phlebotomy, minor surgery and receptionists.
As a professional I’ve met many clients of my own, who love or are very disappointed with their own Gp.
I am very happy with my GP practice at Dr J Wijeratne Belmont Health Centre.
I believe immigration and housing is putting excess pressure on all nhs service, gps and dentists. It’s not going to get better and we still may get charged.
Since I joined this practice in 1987 I have only known an excellent service and support.
