Dear All , I was at this surgery years ago , had to leave owing to moving a long way away , now back in area , on border , requested to sign up again , acepted ,.
I always found them very helpfull , ready to listen , every-where clean .
Again I have received excellance service sinc re-joining this practice ,.
Just like to say , Thank you to ALL the staff on reception , ( inc, prescription ) ,Nurses , and Doctors ,.

Long waits for an appointment (sometimes 2 weeks). And often long waits in the surgery where clinic is at generally 1 hour or more late. I was once there for 2 and half hours.

Staff are always cheerful, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you!
The waiting space is a bit cramped.
A community notice board where local groups could advertise activities (eg English Conversation Clubs) would be in the interests of general wellbeing.

Our doctor in the practice at Belmont Health Centre is Dr Somil Wijendra he is first class very caring and helpful he will always explain everything regarding the health problems we may and will answer any questions we ask. He is very dedicated and works very had indeed he is in the centre every morning no later than 8.00am and is still there at 6.00pm

I don't use the services regularly, but when I need them, the staff and doctors are helpful, accommodating and efficient. I've not need them for an emergency, so cannot comment on ease of access in that scenario.
There is no issue with speaking to the receptionist- the waiting time is very short.
I receive letters about results and tests they wish to discuss with me, so no concerns about delayed results or poor communication.
Considering they are a large and busy practice, I think the service is excellent.
