Ability to get an appointment (the receptionists always strive to get you an appointment A.S.A.P). The doctors are always attentive and seem to have time for you. You don't feel rushed. Similarly the nurses! Parking at the docking practice can be a nightmare but I don't suppose you can do much about it. (I Only go there when Hillside is closed or appointments full).
