Helpful, friendly, polite. All staff and doctors do their utmost to accommodate and help where possible - particularly as I have a severe health condition which means i often require special considerations. The App is also great for making appointments and for ordering repeat prescriptions. I've recommended the surgery to anyone who will listen. A great team all round.

Everyone is really client centred. I feel that my gp truly knows me and cares about me as a person as well as a patient. If appointments could be booked well in advanced online, that would help. If blood work appointments could be made online, that would help, too.

Over the last couple of times I have ordered my prescription I have asked for extra on one of my routine medication and it has never been picked up, please read the prescription when its ordered on-line.

There are good quality magazines to read in reception. Receptionists are very friendly. Dr Knight has an empathy with the patient's condition(s) and a caring, friendly concern. His professional knowledge is extensive and up to date. He is very reassuring.

Dr Jones gave me first class service and treatment. The examination was thorough, the diagnosis was well considered and explained to me in a way that was not cloaked in medical terminology but was instead completely accessible. The subsequent treatment proposed was also described to me in a way that was completely understandable. Moreover the appointment ran precisely to time and the whole experience was positive.
