Once I can get a appointment I always experience great service from the doctors. Getting a appointment is another story.
Whether I ring or try to book on-line it is always a trial.
I realise the receptionist is limited in what she/he can offer but invariably it is offered in a 'you are a nuciance' tone of voice.
The N.H.S is at crisis point and this is reflected in the service that a few years ago would of been unacceptable.
