The computers were down as I went for my appointment, which could have been an absolute disaster. The reception staff were cheery, philosophical and helpful. They managed to continue making appointments, send people to the correct places and give the medical staff lists of who was coming to see them.
Doctor Knight made careful handwritten notes of our appointment, listened to my rather long list of problems and dealt with each one efficiently and patiently.
This is an excellent surgery.
