Try to avoid this place if you need a simple thing like a appointment or a blood test.receptionists are the most unhelpful people you can come across .I'm sure this surgery is using covid to avoid seeing patients.tried to book a blood test nigh on impossible the answer you get go to the blood taking unit try to make a appointment told use decline.this surgery is one to avoid

Waiting for call to be answered way too long. No sympathy, poor professional service on the call, derogatory responces from receptionist.

Not to be judgemental of patients & have more care & compassion.

Receptionists are efficient but also listen and are kind. The surgery have almost always been able to offer some form of appointment appropriate to my need. All staff are kind, keen to help and good at their jobs.

My wife recently had an accident and badly burnt her leg. After a visit to A & E at Northampton General she was referred to our doctors surgery. The treatment she received from the nurses at Delapre , especially Sue Mawson has been brilliant. Her leg has healed realty well with Sue's superb help.
