I have had two appointments cancelled one last minute and one when I arrived, the lack of communication, and consistency is beyond a joke, if this was an ordinary business, they would have gone bust, I am still none the wiser as to what condition I have or what treatment is required, having taken time off work to attend appointments that didn’t happen or the hours I spend on hold trying to speak to someone, the left hand don’t know what the right hand is doing, you get told one thing by someone and then something different from another, unfortunately, there is not anything you call an do other than going private, which at this moment in time is something I am seriously considering, it’s shocking
