My husband had a Heart attack in February and has been seen by Dr Mark Speller every 4 weeks to review him and his medication. The receptionist's have all been so helpful at this very stressful time and I cannot praise Dr Mark Speller high enough, he has been amazing. I was concerned after reading comments about getting appointments etc as neither of us have needed (thankfully) an appointment since well before covid but I have been extremely happy with our treatment by all staff. I would just like to say thankyou to you all for the support given to us at this awful time in our lives.

Receptionists are argumentative and rude, and there seems to be a high turnover of staff. They don't seem to want to be helpful, and are always on the defensive from the off. Worst service I've ever known.

Helpful, properly trained and polite reception would be a great start.

Appts.are very hard to get, you wait ages to phone and then there is a queue only for the receptionist to say no more appts available

appts. arranged during the day rather than early morning, triage paients

Trying to get a repeat prescription because the person who writes them doesn't know maths. 5 days before let them know what you want....done. 2 items missing so need to contact 111 for an emergency prescription as its the weekend and my prescription due 2 days later....Monday No regard for the vunerable who can't fanny around like this

If the gp can't fulfill a prescription....ring the patient the same day to justify withholding medication. (Illegal) Take a maths class.

6+ months cannot get any services at all from not seeing a GP, getting all my medications or anyone to communicate with me at all. 999 and A&E has to deal with me. Been to all bad surgeries but Dashwood is the worst of all! I been given the marching boots after 7 months joining them not by choice and any communications been avoided, have been given no GP and struggle to get any of my medications. Been told to leave due to broken down communications be I never had any given from day one and today been to when then it was fine and assured I am out of boundary. What next? I am in severe chronic ill health and disabled but been treated like if I am a ghost. I have been failed in every way what is possible what a surgery should not have done and I can see why they are under special measures since March and nothing has improved at all. NO STAR AT ALL ONLY MINUS
