Sixteen minutes for the receptionist to answer my call! Then surprise surprise the receptionist is unfriendly and unhelpful! Refused to put me on the list for a telephone consultation even though I was obviously worried as I had gone on a trip and forgotten to pack my medication. I was told to go to a Pharmacy and call back! Oh yes call back and wait sixteen minutes again, good job i’m not really sick!!!
Poor service might be worth training a new receptionist or better still visit a pharmacy maybe they can lend you theirs!
