All doctors and nurses, reception staff really politely, caring and supportive. If there's a problem do there very best to sort it out quickly and safely as possible. The reception staff and doctors very understanding when it comes to patients with disabilities or mental health problems eg Anxiety, Depression or Stress.

More appointments should be available when the Surgery opens so more flexibility first thing.

Receptionist staff great and doctors.
Julie Lee Advanced Nurse Practitioner just rude and did not care at all. She needs to be more polite and caring, professional manner towards her patients.

All the GP's and Nurses are professional, caring and supportive. They provided best treatment and care to their patients. You feel listened too and reassured about your medical conditions or issue.
Appointment times are late and GP's running late this may due to Emergency 999 or patient need urgent medical treatment.
People need to remember in general that all GP's and Nurses are human too like us. Not robots!
Very happy with the surgery and the reception staff are polite and kind.
