We used the sit and wait appointment system. Waited an hour to be seen (not a complaint - was more than prepared to wait), it was clearly very busy for all the staff but despite this they were kind, warm, upbeat and compassionate. Did not feel like we were being rushed in and out of the consultation room, were given time and the Dr was very patient with my daughter who has Aspergers. Thank you for doing such a hard job, don't know how you do it but keep smiling - it makes a huge difference :)
