Cross Deep is an excellent surgery. The care from the doctors is always very professional and their well informed decisions ensure effective treatment. The support staff are always extremely courteous and helpful which contributes significantly to the overall positive and efficient functioning of this surgery. Very well done to all concerned.

Unusually in Richmond, staff and appointments are accessible in a medium sized practice. - It might be a good idea if cooperation with other local practices led to the provision of a greater range of services including weekend appointments/clinics. - Some indication of a longer term strategy would be helpful.

Getting appointments can sometimes be a problem and have to wait up to a week. Repeat prescriptions are also a problem - the online system does not work well - I often have problems getting repeat prescriptions either through the online system or dropping into the surgery - often they do not arrive at the designated chemist so I have to go back to the surgery to check why. Note - date of last appointment - I cannot remember so I have just selected any date at random so I could submit this survey.

I don't attend the surgery very often as apart from my eyesight my general health is excellent. When I have attended I could see no reason to complain about anything and the system appears to work well. All the staff Doctors/Nurses/ Receptionists are all very pleasant and polite.

We have been with this Surgery for over 35 years and have been very satisfied with the service. Fortunately, we do not need to be seen very often but when necessary, I feel we are given time to explain the problem and to hear the doctor's opinion before working out a plan. The nurses are also skilled and helpful and the reception staff are very patient even when hugely busy. It is very useful to be able to book appointments and sort repeat prescriptions online. Space is limited but it would be good if more services were available at the Surgery and so reduce the need to attend a hospital department. There was a problem getting an appointment on one occasion but that was over the last Christmas/New Year period and the matter was dealt with by Teddington and West Middlesex Hospitals.
