When I do come to the surgery, I am seen at the time & the consultation is very helpful. But getting an appointment at the times I can do is always a problem, I would like to see this improve.

The first question is about whether one would recommend the practice to friends and family- the answer is that the practice already has two of us, Adults, with rather pressing needs, being wonderfully looked after, for which I am most grateful. I have read of others finding it difficult to get through etc- I am sure many times I have been being helped others have had to wait and redial- new mobile phones have an easy way to redial which takes the frustration out of it and of course not every one will have that facility. We were quite worried about having to come to a new Practise in a new town, and now feel safe and cared for, literally. Thank you to all Staff, and our GP's who treat us as if they have been our Family Doctors for years.

never any appointments available for the same week which makes things difficult when you have something wrong but not serious enough for A&E. its a physically nice surgery and I like the majority of the doctors, bar one.

I really wish you would answer the telephone or make it possible to check bookings online. I would like to confirm my appointment and check the time and have been trying to get through for days but the line is always engaged or closed for lunch

Generally the receptionists are very caring and will try to fit you in and are also knowledgeable enough to decide if appointment or advoce is needed. I find the doctors communicate so well that my enquiries can be dealt with by any of them. I also like that anomalys from tests are dealt with 24/7. The only reason for not recommending them is not knowing how growth would change things.
