Absolutely shocking service, I struggle greatly on a daily basis to move my foot, let alone walk somewhere. When I was asking for an appointment to see someone I was told I had to wait a week to be seen.. considering I couldn't walk at all. However; my urgent referral needed to be sent off to the hospital, which I constantly seemed to be chasing up. After being told it was sent at the beginning of April, I was waiting to hear from the hospital, so took it into my own hands to follow up when I should have been expecting an appointment from them.. to find out this doctors practice had never sent off my referral. After being promised and told it had definitely gone in April. I was absolutely furious. I also had a situation with my younger sibling which was urgent which needed a referral, and after speaking to a nurse about her situation, she had asked me whether she should make it sound more dramatic, like writing in she has a brain tumor to make it sound more urgent, whilst laughing. I was greatly offended, and found this behavior absolutely disgusting.

Very pleased with the professionalism shown by all members of staff that we came into contact with. Very helpful receptionists, going out of their way to accommodate us with suitable appointments. Excellent contact with the doctors, easy to talk to about any medical conditions.
