It can be difficult to get through for an appointment however before Covid19 we could book online. Tge service is excellent and receptionists listen and try their best to help. Drs are Amazing there are 2 i see regularly for my conditions. However I have seen 4 others over the time I've even with the surgery,( now 5 years) and can I believe them to be very thorough. So 6 out of the 8 Drs seen have been amazing! The Nurse are fantastic 1 saved my life by my blood pressure when I was there for my feet. As I was out of breath and out of sorts. My Blood Pressure ws stroke level, even though I'dnever had highblood pressure before! I will be forever grateful!! I feel very well looked after being with this practice. They have investigated every issue i have had, monitored my medication, changed I when necessary nd most of all listened to me when I have gone to them with health issues and concerned. Feel Blessed to have signed up with them.

Perhaps the way the phone lines operate or a newer system capable of handling more calls. I know these things can be expensive so understand if not possible. The service otherwise is Amazing in spite of the lockdow nd restrictions.

There is nothing great about the service you get here it is reasonable the receptionists say they are going to sort things out for you if you have a problem but never do mine is still being resolved but am getting nowhere I’m losing time and money keep going back and forth from work and the same with doctors I am looking for a better doctors they don’t seem to care it was a much better doctors years ago I had not been to doctors for 5 years so much has changed it has got worse I don’t want to go but unfortunately I have to

just a terrible service all round 20 minutes on phone trying to make an appointment an still no answer just gave up
